Questions we are asked most
How soon should I book an Umrah group?
For Ramadan, four to five months ahead — the last ten days sell out first. Outside Ramadan, six weeks is usually enough.
What deposit do you take?
₹25,000 per traveller to hold a seat, adjustable against the balance. The seat is held for fourteen days.
Do you arrange visas without a package?
Yes. Visa services stand alone — you do not have to book a trip with us to apply through us.
Is the price per person or per room?
Per person, sharing the room type you pick. Single occupancy costs more; we quote it on request.
What if my visa is refused?
Government fees are not refundable — that money has left us. Our service fee is returned in full.
Can you arrange ground-floor rooms or wheelchair help?
Yes, tell us when you enquire. We book hotels that can actually provide it rather than promising and hoping.
